Finding Our Office

By Metro

Monument station is a 3-minute walk from our office. Exit via Grainger Street and head south towards Grey Street. Our building is on the left, between the Theatre Royal and the entrance to Grey's Court.

By Bus

Most city centre bus routes stop at Monument or Eldon Square. From there, Grey Street is easily accessible on foot—look for the distinctive curved Georgian architecture and you're in the right area.

By Car

The nearest car parks are Eldon Square (5-minute walk) and Dean Street (3-minute walk). Street parking on Grey Street itself is limited to 2 hours. We recommend public transport when possible.

Our ground-floor consultation rooms are wheelchair accessible with step-free entry from the street. Please let us know of any access requirements when booking, and we'll ensure everything is ready for your visit.

silicon-drone is a Newcastle-based financial consultancy established in 2012. We provide independent financial guidance to individuals and small businesses across the North East, with a focus on practical, judgement-free support.

Our team of five consultants brings experience from corporate finance, small business advisory, and personal financial planning. We're fully insured, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection, and committed to transparent, fixed-fee pricing.

For initial conversations, usually within a few days. For follow-on consultations, it depends on the complexity and the consultant's schedule—typically one to two weeks. If you have an urgent matter, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. While most of our clients are in the North East, we work with people across the UK via video consultations. The process is identical—we just meet online instead of in our office. Some clients even prefer this for convenience.
